Job Description
The Role
As a Product Support Analyst, you are responsible for assisting in strategy formulation activities geared towards retail CASA portfolio growth and profitability and assist in the development and execution of various initiatives/ campaigns designed for New to Bank (NTB) and Existing to Business (ETB) customers and segment-based strategies
How you'll contribute
Business performance management and monitoring
Assists in the monitoring of campaign and statistical reports.
Assists in the coordination with various bank units (such as the Analytics team, Operations, etc.) in terms of report requirements and generation per campaign/ initiative.
Help analyze various client segments, portfolios, and products and be able to recommend value-adding ideas to make campaigns and initiatives more effective.
Assist in the documentation, testing, and review of campaign procedures and results.
Implement marketing plan calendar
Assist in the planning and execution of various campaign initiatives that will boost the penetration and profitability of the Retail CASA product.
Help in the coordination with various Bank units to ensure all initiatives planned are ready for execution.
Help in the cascading of campaign updates to the relevant units such as BBOG to ensure all relevant stakeholders are aligned.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business preferred
At least 1-2 years of marketing experience in banking, FI, insurance, etc
OR at least 1-2 years of marketing experience in FMCG, telco, or e-commerce
Strong strategic, analytical, leadership, and project management skills
