The role involves building the organisation's image and boosting confidence of HCPs in the organisation's products by effectively implementing the marketing activities and the product communication strategy.Roles & Responsibilities
Generating demand for company products and achieving the sales budgets assigned by company.
Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
Ensuring product enlisting in the accounts from the territory.
Ensuring customer coverage and execution of marketing activities as per strategy.
Facilitating on-time availability of medicines.
Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc
Your internal network will include the Country Head of Philippines, Group Country Head, and the Marketing/Product Manager.Your external network will include doctors, pharmacists, hospitals/institutions, nurses, the local distributor, local tender agents.QualificationsEducational qualification: A Pharma Industry Professional with Management qualification preferredMinimum work experience: At least 3 years of sales experience in OncologySkills & attributes:
Good knowledge about customers and territory.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Good collaboration skills and works effectively as part of a team
