The Role
As a Product Specialist, you will be determining the design, features, execution, and usage of the official SBC Chatbot.
How will you contribute
Determines how to encourage the usage of chatbot features by analyzing existing data and/or benchmarking market data, and linking to other data in various systems to prudently structure the UI/UX of the chatbot channel and prioritize features accordingly.
Creates and optimizes cross-platform data flows by defining what and how usage is monitored to be able to improve the experience and ensure the intended usage of the chatbot
Determines the optimal features mix based on business goals to drive usage of the chatbot while driving business results
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or any related field
Must have knowledge of the popular chat platforms and social behavior of usage
Must have an analytical ability to numerically discern activity, usage, and how to scale
Must have good communication skills
