JOB DESCRIPTION
Descriptions:
Conduct training/ demo of company products to end user.
Provide clients of in depth details of company products (equipment) from a technical view of point.
Study cost analysis of reagents.
Identify and assess new opportunities and develop an understanding of customer and market needs and potential.
Assist in accommodating customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Maintain and develop product knowledge on the product.
Contribute in marketing strategy of company products.
Assist Sales Manager or other Sales Personnel in meeting clients.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Medical Technology
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Experience in presentation and demonstration of laboratory machines
With strong sense of independence, initiative and decisiveness
Willing to travel if necessary
Licensed Medical Technology is a plus
