Job Description
Portfolio Development Assortment planning, product range improvement, ensure high sold coverage, ensure availability of program for 2W, 4W and HCV segment.
Price Condition Management Ensure price competitiveness, sufficient margin & profitability.
Coordination of Strategy With Sales Representatives Creation and execution of marketing and sales strategy within the team.
Demand Planning Ensure proper demand plan in relation to business plan
Channel Activities, Advertising and Promotion Management Create marketing promotions, campaigns and commercial programs that would drive growth
Qualifications
Professional Experience 2-4 years in Product or Sales Management
Competency Experience Marketing, Sales Management
Skills With Data Analytics, Techno-Commercial, Presentation, Leadership and Communication Skills,
Education Preferably a Business Management or Industrial Engineering Graduate
Others Persuasive, Team Player, Cooperative, Result and Future Oriented
