Identify and develop new business opportunities by conducting research and feasibility studies on potential products and services.
Collaborate with various departments to design, document, and implement essential product processes and procedures.
Drive the launch and promotion of new products and services to ensure successful market introduction.
Take the lead in coordinating and negotiating product-related initiatives across multiple internal teams.
Carry out other tasks and projects as may be assigned to support overall business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
24 years of experience in product development, product management, or sales within banking or financial services.
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Analytical mindset and ability to translate research into actionable business strategies.
Proactive and collaborative team player comfortable working in a global organization.
