Active Visions Group PH looking for a dynamic product photographer & videographer with a solid professional portfolio, driven and motivated to create excellent high commercial quality photos. Primarily responsible for bringing Active Visions Group brands to life in photographic images and videos, providing inspiration, education, and product knowledge to our various audiences. The Videographer/Photographer/Editor is part of a creative and collaborative Marketing team that helps Active Visions Group build a strong brand presence.
This role is responsible for capturing, editing, and producing photos and videos for both internal and external purposes, translating what makes our products and brand unique, and securing our leadership position through these tools.
Develop an intimate understanding of our customers, products, and brand message and tone to accurately capture in video and photo form.
Develop guidelines and processes for photographic and video assets that support our brands.
Ideation and execution of visual storytelling assets (photography and short video content) within the Active Visions Group brand standards, including conceptualizing, scripting, storyboarding, filming, and editing.
Direct and capture studio-quality video and photography both on location and in the office as projects dictate.
Film a variety of content: time-lapse, interview, b-roll wide, hero and field still shots, staged scenes.
Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to conceptualize and deliver creative solutions for photo and video shoots for Active Visions Group catalogues, marketing materials, training, branding, podcasts, and website content needs.
Edit content to build a library of product, branding, training, sales images & videos.
Lead all technical setup for shoots, including lighting, angle, placement and type of microphone, staff support, and positioning of individuals on camera (if appropriate).
Assist with writing titles, descriptions, closed captioning & tags for photos and videos.
Must be able to deliver high-quality video and photography in a very time-sensitive and fast-paced manner.
Adhere to budgets, allocating resources, setting deadlines & selecting optimal forms of media for projects. •Maintain the upkeep of camera and editing equipment.
Support the Marketing team in various projects as necessary.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Great creative eye for visualizing and shooting concepts effectively.
Must be proficient using specialized software such as Final Cut Pro X and/or Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects & Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
Must have experience filming, directing, and editing video.
Proficient using a PC and MAC-based computer.
Expert in operating AV equipment including audio mixers, microphones, and more.
Extensive knowledge of camera equipment, proficient in lighting and audio techniques.
Adept at operating drones/GoPros and capturing exterior/aerial shots is a plus.
Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
Must possess strong communication skills to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, customers, and colleagues in both verbal and written form.
Photographers must have their own equipment including camera, tripod, wide-angle lens, and drone if applicable.
Must have a fun personality, highly creative, and able to work with a team and with minimum supervision.
Must be willing to work FULL-TIME in BGC, Taguig
