You will play a crucial part in contributing to our partnerships org. You will need to bring our existing Philippine-focused partnerships team to the next level and be able to keep up with demand from our various business verticals to expand across PH and beyond SEA.
Outcomes
Build and maintain strong relationships with PH partners
Have a strong network into major banks and non-financial institution partners in the Philippines to get us early access to payments products within 3 months
Execute and structure deals to create mutually beneficial partnerships
Mediate between Xendit and partners for any discussions taking place between the two parties, including but not restricted to commercials, negotiation, product integrations, troubleshooting and quarterly business reviews
Become the overall project manager for pre-work required for product team to start integration and builds with the partners
Hunt leads for local PH connectors (banks / ewallets / retail outlets / remittances / fintechs etc)
Present business case to get us approved as a product partner
Negotiate on commercials
Support the ops and sales org on laying out the SOPs for merchant onboarding, settlement, customer service escalations etc.
Grow and expand the product partnership to other engagements (getting sales leads, whitelabel projects and even experiments)
Be trusted to jump into Xendit's most pressing issues, such as ensuring Xendit has payment parities that match and eventually surpass current PH Payment Gateway giants
Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed
