Job Description:
The Product Owner is responsible for the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap. They maintain an active product backlog, create user stories, and prioritize according to business value and user needs while adhering to the concept and ensuring the technical integrity of the product.
The Product Owner connects business and technology by working with the scrum team, end users, process owners, governance units, change managers, technology partners, and other stakeholders, including Management and groups tasked to achieve transformation goals.
Define product vision and strategy
Identify and anticipate business standards, objectives, and pain points
Collaborate with stakeholders, including Management, process owners, governance, and end users
Study and analyze processes and translate them to digital executions
Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to understand user and business pain points
Create and maintain a high-level product roadmap aligned with business objectives
Drive development, implementation, and launch
Develop product vision and strategy
Develop and maintain a high-level product roadmap
Develop, manage, and maintain the product backlog according to business needs
Create and prioritize user stories according to added value
Be the lead and primary point person of the product development team
Collaborate with user experience, technical teams, and vendors

Lead pilot group programs
Develop pilot launch materials
Conduct training for pilot groups and relevant frontliners
Maintain relationships and regularly connect with a group of end-user representatives
