DIRECTLY REPORTS TO: Director of Product
MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
The Product Operations Manager will lead a small team to carry out the operational activities pertaining to Sprout's employee engagement and wellness products. The role requires some experience of the Human Resources/People Operations function. The role also requires interaction with our clients, so some experience on this front would be beneficial. If you are the kind of person who enjoys running a well-oiled machine, and gets a high from client satisfaction, then this would be right up your alley.
TASKS
Lead the product operations team
Ensure that the team is running operations in a seamless manner
Assist in any marketing initiatives as needed
Monitor and report on the operational KPIs
Look for ways to improve the operational processes
Coordinate with other departments
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
At least 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years of working experience in a Human Resources/ People Operations function
Excellent communication skills
Very detail-oriented
Decent project management and organizational skills
Good analytical and quantitative skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar field
