As a Product Operations Executive for the MyCRM platform, you'll be joining a company that has its sights on becoming a Fin-Tech leader. Reporting to the Product Operations Lead, you will be instrumental in our move to think, act and build like a SaaS company, by supporting our Product discipline by defining and delivering on our Product Operations strategy.

As a Product Operations Executive, you will deliver on these goals by supporting your team to ensure our customers are getting maximum efficiencies and value, through the utilization of our platform in their business.
To be successful in this role, you will have a background in Customer Success, Product Operations or Digital Marketing/Marketing, within a SaaS or Tech company. You are customer obsessed, but equally, technologically minded, and highly analytical. You will be part of a cross-functional team that will own the design, build, roll-out and ongoing training and adoption of a portfolio of features across all accounts nationally.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain best practice onboarding framework focussing on content creation, required for a smooth transition
Supporting and delivering on best-in-class go-to-market for new and existing features
Work with the Product and User Experience teams to manage incoming customer feedback such as NPS, user reviews, and help to distil meaning and relay to internal teams.
Work collaboratively with the Support team to develop and communicate in platform servicing messaging
Work alongside other Success and Support Team members, responding to customer enquiries, including the investigation of escalated support tickets
Strategise and contribute with MyCRM product management, engineering and customer support teams on roadmap, roll out and how training needs should be included
Create and update Knowledge Base content, both written and video
Collaborate with Success team to develop content and design for training courses including feedback and assessment forms
Provide assistance to Product Managers ensuring consistent communications strategies are implemented for Pilot users
Providing support to the wider technology team with content and presentations
Requirements
Essential
At least 1-2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in SaaS
An experienced people person. You are a pleasure to work with and have a can-do attitude.
Excellent oral, written, presentation and communication skills, for use with both internal and external stakeholders and all levels of management
Strong interpersonal relationship building skills
Ability to operate and succeed in an agile environment, working cross-functionally, to successfully deliver effective processes and outcomes
A good understanding of balancing the needs of the business and platform, with those of the customer. Knows when the right time is to say no and when to push for change.
Advanced in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
Experience working with digital walk-through tools or in-platform SaaS training tools.
Previously worked in Fin-Tech, finance, banking or lending industry
