Job Description
The Product Operations Associate is responsible for managing the day to day operations of Employee engagement and wellness related products that Sprout offers. She will be working closely with the Product Operations Manager on all operational aspects of Sprout's employee engagement and wellness products. Moreover, you will be responsible for contributing to the further development of the products through your inputs on the products.
Responsibilities
Carry out the operational tasks for the assigned products
Monitor and ensure the utilization of services, coordinating with Product Marketing if targeted campaigns need to be launched
Consistently and systematically handle day-to-day operations
Coordinate with Implementation teams for project transitions after onboarding
Manage the tracking of client and contract details, utilization numbers, and other related statistics
Determine feasibility of clients' special requests, and executing on these ideas
Measure and report all relevant metrics pertaining the products
Ensure that the SLAs for the services are met

0-2 years of work experience

Experience in any operational role would be a bonus
