The Product Marketing Support Specialist directly reports to the Product Marketing Manager and is expected to provide operational and administrative support across the sub domains of Product Marketing.
Responsibilities
Provide support in all functions of Product Marketing, i.e. product roadmap, planning and analysis, product releases, and product content
Help operationalize /execute all product marketing work plans
Pitch ideas and go-to-market strategies and execute product launch activities
Help conduct research and analysis needed for the product planning domain
Give creative ideas on how to craft value propositions, messaging, product content, and collateral
Organize trackers, ensuring that all information are being maintained and updated, and alert the Product Marketing Manager for issues that need her attention
Collect and monitor customer feedback related to a product launch, conversations with Customer Success Managers, support issues, release-related queries and training requests
Track progress of leads until closing; help in monitoring and achieving the KPIs for the team
Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Product Marketing Manager
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field
Flexible and can work under pressure
Can multi-task
Methodical, meticulous and well-organized
Good working knowledge of MS Office
Strong analytical abilities
Persistent and resourceful
Excellent English written and oral communication skills; good in business correspondence
Can work with minimum supervision
Can render overtime whenever needed
