The Role
To develop and implement product marketing plans to achieve profitable volume and market share growth.
As part of territory management strategy, the product marketing manager will be also responsible to develop the general Industry business within the region and through distribution channels.
Achieve results as per the objectives agreed with Business Line Manager.
Close interaction with Business Line Manager by reviewing the progress of day to day Business activities in entire Philippines market.
Interact with marketing team in Product Company for effective implementation of Divisional business plans and activities.
Coordinate with the Business Line Manager to develop new distribution channels that will handle (G/GX Wuxi).
Coordinate with the Business Line Manager to develop OEM channel in Philippines market.
Visit end users along with direct and indirect team in entire Philippines market regularly to promote solution / Products benefits.
Coordinate with the Business Line Manager to review transfer price level & Market price for effective price management.
Provide the sales team & distributors with the required marketing tools and product Knowledge.
Organize the launch of new products, campaigns, exhibitions, sales trainings and Customer days.
Conduct periodic products training sessions for the direct sales team and distributors.
Maintain a strong relationship with distributors and provide the required technical & Commercial support.
Monitor, analyze competitor's activities, and improve the competitor's database with sufficient and updated products and prices comparisons.
Monitor and control the equipment stock level of the customer center and distributors.
Implement action plans aiming to improve market share, by exploring new business opportunities in different market segments in the Philippines.
Visit end users, and distributors regularly to promote solution / Products benefits.
Ensure the full utilization of the C4C / CRM as single sales reporting platform by direct Sales team and distributors.
Prepare required sales Reports/feedback for management.

What we expect from you
Engineering educational background or qualification
Sound technical understanding and interest in new products/technical developments
Very good knowledge of MS Office, comfortable using CRM platforms with desire to learn new systems
Experience Requirements:
6-8 years of experience in sales and marketing of compressed air equipment.
Excellent knowledge of all industrial air products range.
Multi-cultural and/or International Experience.
Knowledge:
Good command (verbal and written) of English.
Good presentation skills.
Good technical and engineering background.
Familiarity and experience to deal and negotiate commercial terms and conditions.
Knowledge of the industrial market in Philippines industrial market

Good teamwork spirit, self-motivated and energetic.
