Manages product life cycle starting with product development (finding and/or creating products) that customer like or will like and its introduction. This includes fine tuning company product offers to maximize its growth, ensuring continuous patronage during its maturity up to the product's end of life.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for employees.
- In-charge of stocks review, adjustments and order consolidation of all trade stocks required to generate stock replenishment recommendation to top management.
- Leads in the distribution of monthly stocks replenishment allocation to the branches.
- Leads in new product development and/or sourcing that suits the overall company offer
- In-charge of product pricing and approval specifically on high-end car models
- Leads compliance to company's product management policy
- Manages the whole product management department ensuring all team members are clear on their individual key result areas (KRAs) and leads in achieving them
