What will you do?
The Product Manager is responsible for setting and implementing product vision and product development strategy by deeply understanding client needs and psychology to ensure product requirements are met. The Product Manager will serve as the Product Owner responsible for formulating long-term and short-term product vision and strategy including successful delivery and implementation of operating plans across various teams. The role requires extensive product management and strategic planning to keep the organization relevant and competitive.
Product Viability
Make sure that the product has a good market fit and is positioned to continue to be profitable for its entire lifecycle
Product Features Delivery and Backlog Grooming
Overall management of agile development lifecycle which includes but not limited to timeline management, team coordination, sustaining sprint activities, backlog grooming, and overseeing all test cycles to ensure quality.
Product Discovery and Engagement
Deeply understand client needs, challenges, and psychology
Quality Culture Driver
Make sure that features delivered to the market are of quality and there is a culture of continuous product and process improvement.
What do we're looking for?
Relevant bachelor's or master's degree
Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role within the technology industry
Has a good mix of creative/UX and technical background in various business lines
Has an in-depth understanding of the client needs, business development, and technology innovation especially in the real estate industry
Excellent in problem-solving, negotiation, organizational, analytical skills
Has knowledge in Product Management, People Management, Product Development, Requirements Analysis, Competitive Analysis, and Understanding the Customer.
Preferably with license/certification related to Product Management or Project Management and/or Agile.
