Job Title Product Management Associate
Qualifications:·
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Management or similar discipline with good academic records
Exposure in functional requirements writing OR business/systems analysis OR business process design/consulting OR systems development OR systems testing a plus·
Good analytical, logic and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.
Proven discipline to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced and multi-cultural environment·
Excellent verbal and written communication skills·
Amenable to work on a Hybrid setup·
Amenable to work in BGC Taguig
Common accountabilities:
Works autonomously within defined processes and procedures or methodologies, takes standard decisions and may support the development of solutions to complex problems of a recurring nature.
Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles or manager, with regular monitoring on the status of the assignments.
May have specialized formal education or the equivalent work experience and has the required technical and functional skills and basic knowledge of the business.
Specific accountabilities:
Drive product management activities for the area/segment/geography specific products including the preparation of user stories, prioritisation based on business value and learning potential
Ensure product owner role with R&D teams and ensure segment-specific products are delivered on scope, on time, on budget
Manage segment-specific 3rd party partnerships: requirement definition and prioritisation, coordination of product evolution and other activities with the partner
Define the product vision & the business value in line with the business owners, other / tribe POs & agile teams
Embark Amadeus teams on product vision, share product knowledge and ensure mutual understanding of the business
Maximise the tribe / agile team outcome: translate requirements into user stories, prioritize them and validate their delivery
Participate to Tribe / Scrum Sprints reviews when applicable / required
Ensure solutions meet the users needs (MVS) and product readiness
Coordinate different functional and technical streams with R&D teams to ensure end to end solution consistency
Work closely with Operations (Customer Serivice/Delivery) and R&D teams to define priorities and product-releasing plan for new products or product upgrades
Define and manage product road map
Analyze solution offerings of competitors and inform Marketing team
Manage the budget and financial planning for area of responsibility incl. capacity planning with R&D
Drive the migration programs
