The Role
As a Product Development Officer, you will manage the development of products, strategic campaigns for growth and maintenance of portfolio delivering on revenue targets. You will also maintain relationships with strategic business partners, business units and stakeholders to ensure the continuous growth of the products and portfolio.
How you'll contribute
Manages all other work and activities that may be assigned from time to time through available resources to achieve desired goals
Manage customer concerns and complaints through effective inter-departmental coordination to achieve customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance to regulations, internal policies and others by fully understanding and following all pertinent published and circulated regulations to achieve desired goals without compromising business integrity
Develops new credit card products and features based on market needs and requirements to increase cards-in-force, grow loan books and achieve positive revenues
Recommends and evaluates new product ideas, services and/or product changes
Communicate the products and features of credit cards business to relevant partners effectively utilizing all the available channels to ensure wide-spread knowledge of the products and campaigns with the end goal of portfolio growth
Drives the ground work needed in conceptualizing and implementing a product/service/project through customer and business insights, assessment of regulatory/risk-related and technology requirements
Oversee and manage key projects and process improvement activities using project management frameworks to achieve seamless and customer-centric implementation
What we're looking for
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in the field Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications
With at least 3 years relevant experience
Must be a problem solver and have the ability to assess situations affecting project or product delivery
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience on project management, product development, sales and marketing
Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledgeable on credit card product and services and related financial and non-financial processes
Multitask effectively and capable of prioritizing deliverables
Possesses a sense of urgency, be goal oriented or result driven
Computer and MS Office literate. Quick witted and must possess impartial decision making
