Job Descriptions
Establish, implement and monitor departmental goals and objectives.
In-charge in the development of new products and projects from concept to mass production.
Provide status of new projects to the management and on the team on regular basis.
Provides necessary jigs and and fixtures for new and existing products and projects, as required.
Collaborate with sister companies' Engineering Team in the development of projects.
Coordinate with Mold Maker and suppliers for the fabrication or modifications of mold and materials, respectively.
Provide BOM and product/process information of all items encode update that they the data in System.
Plan and implement production target for production workers in order to achieve desired output.
Directly coordinate with customers concerning new product details, specification and timeline requirement.
Train and develop subordinates' technical capabilities.
Provide cost reduction plans. provide process improvement mechanism and technique for implementation of the plant.
Ensure efficient utilization of company resources are located to the Department based on established company policies and procedures.
Ensure safe an environment-friendly processes and observed of industrial safety.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of BS mechanical engineering electrical engineering or any related courses
Fluency in English (Written and Oral)
High communication and presentation skills
Thorough knowledge in project management development engineering and design
Minimum of 10 years experience in the field of project development and engineering with specialization in plastic injection manufacturing operations in a managerial capacity.
Minimum training requirement:
ISO 9001:2015 awareness
Product and process training from overseas plants
