Product Designer (ux)Expedock

We're looking for somebody who thinks both logically and creatively. We need aggressive systems thinkers to help us design a product that will be used by multi-billion dollar businesses. (Yes, the contracts with customers in the US, France, Australia, Singapore, etc. are signed already.)
Expedock, through AI, RPA and our unique business model, drives 50 - 80% of savings for Operational Expenses of these forwarders. We are eliminating the manual work which accounts for 60% of the headcount of these businesses.
If you like to own metrics & business outcomes, dabble in data driven decision making and solve problems at a feature level then immediately follow it up at a product strategy level, then you're a fit.
As a Product Designer, you will:
Own metrics on product usage
Run experiments to figure out how to drive operational efficiency
Design RPA and interface which our operators use
Write compelling copy
Meet with customers
Monitor and time recordings to improve UI/UX Flows + Service Level Agreements
Create the data infrastructure which will support global trade
Passion for solving a problem hidden from most people
Experience in designing products for enterprise customers
Aggressive, proactive and hardworking individual

Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice IT and Software Computer Software / Engineering 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
