Conducting market research and analyzing trends, performing product demonstrations to staff and customers, gathering feedback, and offering recommendations. May also be tasked with facilitating training sessions, as well a assisting with new product. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Perform the pre selling for the life science portfolio. Conduct demo, webinar, product presentation and application support, 2. To support Life Science product portfolio, specifically Agilent aria mx , bioanalyzer and Tape station ,Perkin elmer Microplate reader and Thermo Nanodrop 3. To provide on-site user application support to customer and colleagues. -To constantly take up initiatives to study new products and new technologies aligned with existing product lines or current market trends. 4. To assist sales personnel throughout the sales cycle in terms of product knowledge and applications, from pre-sales to the end of the cycle and after sales support. 5. To hold user meetings, workshop, seminars, webinars to update product information on instrumentation and chemistry. -To troubleshoot problems related to instrument, software and reagents and experimental designed. 6. To be involved in executing marketing activities to develop product lines. 7. To exhibit product knowledge to execute consultative selling. 8. To actively participate in the department's strategic planning activities in relation to the overall company direction. 9. To perform any other work as and when required.
