What you will do
Perform end to end implementation and support for all systems and tools from requirements gathering, blueprinting, user acceptance, and deployment/training to the Global Procurement team.
Assist the 1st Line Support for Procurement Systems & Tools
Facilitate the roll-out of the new or redesigned systems and tools and their improvement initiatives.
Recommend structured and effective solutions to existing inefficient systems and tools used by the Global Procurement team.
Expected to communicate and participate effectively in reviews with stakeholders, applying knowledge and experience and providing business and technical perspective and support.
What you will need
Relevant experience in using SAP and Reporting
Functional and technical skills to support the project lifecycle of all systems and tools used by the Global Procurement team.
Agile and fast learner in understanding newly introduced systems and tools.
Understands the concepts and processes of how systems and tools are linked with the actual Procurement business processes.
Has superior analytical skills needed to support the resolution of open issues.
Facilitate and help the Procurement team to evaluate "as is" state and identify "to be" improvements for systems and tools and reporting aspects
