Assist and support on the selection process of suppliers (affiliated cars companies) to ensure the smoothly operation as business required.
Allocate vehicle routes to each supplier on new open routes. to be able to respond to business plans and customer demands and requirements in time.
Follow up, assess, and evaluate the performance of suppliers. Coordinate and build relationships - including regularly visit and oversee the operations site.
Issue a warning letter for supplier when agreements or regulations disobey.
Perform other work delivered by the company or superior.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Logistics or relared fields.
At least 1 - 3 years of experience in Logistics or Express industry.
Good communication and coordination skills
High responsibility and ability to work under pressure
Good analytical skills, decision making skills and problem-solving skill
Good knowledge and understanding in transportation and logistics
With experience in procuring trucks (3PL) is preferred
Good negotitation skills.
Willing to work in 6 days schedule at Mckinley, Taguig.
With driver's license is an advantage.
