Procurement OfficerOPPO

1.Collates purchase requisitions and coordinate/clarify with departments and regions for sourcing requirements.
2.Purchase approved materials, equipment, supplies and commodity products for delivery to respective site locations.
3.Responsible for preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders subject for the approval of the Procurement Manager.
4.Organize inventory of purchased materials and equipment.
5.Provide database and maintain updated list of approved purchase orders and inventory list for monitoring purposes.
6.Review accurate delivery of items against purchased orders.
7.Prepare payment request for orders and ensure that suppliers/vendors are paid in a timely manner.
8.Attend to concerns of internal customers and suppliers/vendors in connection with overall procurement process.
9.Assist the procurement team with the implementation of purchasing related activities.
10.Perform ad hoc tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
1. Bachelor's degree graduate of any 4-year course
2. With at least 2 years of relevant working experience is preferred for this position
3. Keen to details & english laguage proficiency is a must for this positiion
