Primary Responsibilities
Implementation of nego strat. w/ suppliers & subcon on cost, quality, lead time payment terms & warranty to obtain the max benefit for the company;
Prepares issues and endorses PO, JO, Change Orders, Amendments & other Procurement Operations related request for approval, within approved SLAs and AOR;
Assists Bids group in requesting for quotation from suppliers and subcontractors to be used in bidding new projects;
Ensure compliance with supply and service agreements/contracts;
Secondary Responsibilities
Review accuracy of Scope of Work including timelines;
Evaluate bids and award contracts;
Negotiate with vendors with the objective of minimizing project costs;
Identify the right set of suppliers for each requisition;
Timely issue purchase orders/job orders;
Liase with Vendors Management in end-to-end vendor support, including invoice settlement;
Use supply and service agreements/contracts for call off transactions;
Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the foregoing and as may be assigned from time to time by Head.
Job Qualification
Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
Experience as Quantity Surveyor is an advantage.
Experience in MS Office Application, SAP or alike is an advantage.
