This role focuses on international and local supplier management, sustainable material sourcing, and seamless coordination of production and delivery processes. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.Oversee the production lifecycle, including factory evaluation, pricing, order placement, sampling, and delivery coordination.Manage logistics and address production challenges to ensure timely delivery.Source sustainable and recycled materials that meet quality and environmental standards.Conduct factory audits to ensure compliance with social, ethical, and environmental standards.Prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations, including cost breakdowns and production timelines.Maintain detailed procurement documentation, reports, and supplier performance records.RequirementsQualificationsProven experience in procurement, supplier management, or production coordination.Knowledge of ethical sourcing, sustainability practices, and quality assurance standards.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.Experience working with international suppliers, particularly in China, is highly desirable.BenefitsWhy Join Us?
