Experience in using accounting systems
Willing to work on Mid Shift to Night Shift
Willing to work in Naga City
Responsibilities:
Leading P2P team
Assist escalation management
Managing and motivating the team
Reviewing individual performance and quality targets for team
Ensuring process documentation are accurate and up to date
Focusing on business controls requirements
Provides support to continuous improvement initiatives.
Performs tasks as identified by the Manager
