Overview:
As part of the Process Excellence Team, you are responsible for driving excellent Operations Management practices in accordance to IBSS standard principles. Leading global process optimization and efficiency improvements using multiple methodologies including analytical process modelling, workflow design and automation.
Working in Process Excellence means that you'll need to intensive use your experience in LEAN Six Sigma to provide trainings and ensure integrity and consistency in all initiatives and allocated tasks. You will work with operational teams in all parts of the business to analyze, review, identify and document business process improvement opportunities
If you are good at:
? * Acting as a mentor and advocate to business partners and leadership team to promote and encourage continuous process improvement
? * Identifying, understanding and managing inter project dependencies, risks and issues
? * Delivering progress status related reporting to senior management and committee structures as required
? * Providing business partners and business leadership with independent consultation and support in the delivery of business change opportunities and recommendations
? * Acting as a source of structured change management and process improvement expertise
? * Planning, coordinating and consulting with both business and project teams to ensure delivery in a consistent and effective manner
