Job Functions:
• Working with the Pricing Leadership Team, develop key performance indicators (KPI's) to monitor
pricing activity, transaction effectiveness, and customer responsiveness.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives, including project scoping,
resource identification, and project management.
• Optimize or redesign process flows to meet identified business targets.
• Monitor process performance and maintain weekly/monthly status reports to key project stakeholders
to communicate and track the status of improvement initiative.
• Manage change in coordination with pricing team leadership and work collaboratively across the
organization to resolve complex issues and minimize risks.
• Create and maintain all pricing process related documents including but not limited to: process flows,
value stream maps, standard operating procedures (SOP's), and job aides.
• Promote a continuous improvement culture across the Pricing Operations team including coaching and
training team members in the use of system tools and methodologies.
• Provide support and guidance to the pricing team when needed.
• Provide data analytics for Pricing Operations leadership team as needed.
Job Requirements:
• Must have BS Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• With at least 3 years of Pricing, Continuous Improvement, and/or Project Management experience in a
multinational organization.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, data driven environment with direct experience in process
improvement initiatives.
• Well-developed communication, organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Detailed oriented and with ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
• Comfortable working under offsite supervision.
• Comfortable communicating with all levels of management and both internal / external Customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
