PROCESS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST (AUDIT & DESIGN)
 
This role is responsible for auditing, designing integrated workflows across core departments including Procurement, Admin (Logistics), Finance, Fleet Management, Operations, Project Management Office, and HR. Process & Systems Analyst aims to build technical solutions that eliminate manual data errors, ensure real-time monitoring, and accelerate service delivery.
 
Audit & Diagnostics: Evaluate current workflows across all departments to identify bottlenecks, data errors, and redundancies between the site and the main office.
 
Design: Designing end-to-end digital and manual process maps for Procurement, Admin (Logistics), Finance, Fleet Management, Operations, Project Management Office, and HR.
 
System Integration: Designs and implements workflow solutions (ERP, automation, or software) to replace manual tracking, ensuring seamless accurate data and flow, and faster service delivery.
 
System Trial Run: Manages system troubleshooting, and trial run of workflow design through small-scale implementation, and feedback.
 
Compliance: Leads staff and employee training.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
Experience in systems analysis or process improvement. Experience with ERP software.
Rest Day Schedule: Sunday
Time of Work: 8 am to 5 pm
