Job Summary:
The compliance officer is primarily responsible for all process documentations and
improvements across all operations departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for interviewing key process owners across all operating groups, mapping out process flows, recommending improvements to processes, documenting and presenting findings to process owners.
Handle implementation of process improvements within departments
Monitoring compliance of the processes documented
Conduct business process review and suggest recommendations for continuous improvement.
Perform other tasks assigned by his/her immediate superiors.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Accountancy/Business Management/Internal Audit
Applicants must be willing to work in BGC.

Key Qualifications
Education : Must be graduate of BS Accountancy/Business Management/Internal Audit
Experience : Minimum of 3 years work experience, with a deep understanding of business processes and controls of the company and knowledgeable in ERP systems (SAP and EBT)
