Job Requirements
Degree in Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience in process engineering or any other related fields
Preferably with exposure in Assy FOL process (wirebond/die attach) and has an experience in Semiconductor industry
Analytical
Has good communication skills
Can conduct FMEA
Can conduct APQP process
Job Description
Key Role: To lead and supervise Engg. Dept. in Sensors BU with the objective of meeting/exceeding the target yield, product quality and on time introduction of new product in coordination with R& D
Provides operation training and technical guidelines
Conduct process/system FMEA
Preparation of APQP process with the new products
Coordinate/communicate with R&D and/or marketing with new products/materials/evaluation
Supervises 3 shifts engineering technicians
Coordination with Production supervisors, QA, planning, and maintenance within the BU
Experiment and monitoring of evaluation run
Assists and supports the Company's health and safety programs
Supports the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct (formerly EICC)
