The Process Engineer is an integral part of the Axadra Group of Businesses as the role is the key partner for all Accounts and Managers of the group- helping minimize waste and improve revenue by driving different leadership teams to continuously optimize workflows and processes.The Process Engineer is also the chief custodian of all process documentation, making sure that they are accessible to the right personnel when and where they're needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform process analysis and employ process improvement methodologies to support business goals
Lead or support cross-functional transformation programs to support business/operational strategies
Drive process improvements by providing training and expert guidance to different Managerial levels in identifying opportunities, defining solutions and maintaining desirable results following implementation
Develop communication plans to engage internal stakeholders with project objectives
Supervise the creation of business process documentations, practices, and templates
Conduct process audits and review
Ensure compliance with set procedures and metrics
Promote a culture of proactiveness within the company in continuously recognizing opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years cumulative experience in Process Engineering/Improvement with 3 years in a Managerial capacity
Exceptional communication skills and ability to deconstruct complex situations to simpler components
Extremely nimble and a strong history of overseeing several process improvements simultaneously
Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certification is required
Proven expertise in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
Exposure in Business Process Outsourcing and/or Digital Marketing is a plus
Amenable to work in shifting schedules (mid/night shift)
