Coordinates with incoming/outgoing process technician regarding the progress of operation, production problems, update & quality status.
Coordinates with post operator regarding quality of in-line extruded pipes.
Reports to the shift operator for any instructions or job assignment, product quality status, special information and others.
Monitors, checks and document established standard process parameters in accordance to the standard quality parameters. Sets such as dimension, color & appearance including result of lab tests.
Performs necessary corrective and preventive action in accordance with the engineering for any abnormalities and observation on the part of the machines that effect.
Responsible in heat up of machines & equipments, troubleshooting, preparation and shutdown procedure.
Supervises and monitor crew in his section during set-up of SOP's operation, preparation, cleanliness, and orderliness.
Monitors material quality, adequacy and discourage spillages.
Identifies and reports to supervisor all unsafe act and unsafe condition.
Make sure that all water returns, drainage are de-clogged, trash free and no spills.
Recommend process & work method improvements and innovations.
Accomplish and submits reports required by the superior.
