PROCESS ENGINEERJX Nippon Mining & Metals Philippines, Inc.

· Report to section supervisor for any given task involving Productivity, Utilization, Quality, Yield, Cost and Operation.
· Assist the supervisor in production operations, production planning and accomplishing set targets.
· Assist supervisor in establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the section and ensure that these are strictly implemented and complied with.
· Monitor productivity in terms of utilization and over-all equipment efficiency; Make proposals for improvement.
· Inform immediate superior of any abnormality found and make the necessary investigation on the root cause of the problem then establish necessary countermeasures.
· Establish Out-of-Control Action Plan (OCAP) for any abnormality/deviation and coordinate with concerned personnel in ensuring its compliance.
· Ensure that all necessary countermeasures in the line are implemented and complied with.
