Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required Skill(s): CAD
Experienced in a machine shop, conventional machining, and CNC Machining
Knows how to use measuring instruments and knowledgeable in tooling selection
Knowledgeable in Solid Works, Solid Edge and AutoCAD
Good English communication skill (both oral and written)
Fresh graduates with License are welcome to apply
Willing to be assigned in Fortune, Marikina (Manufacturing Plant)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process engineer leads the development and organization of production operations. They develop a successful workflow, adapt to changing conditions, and develop new procedures, and policies to increase efficiency in all operations. Process engineer also oversees operations to ensure that employees and equipment comply with safety regulations, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and reports all deficiencies to upper management.
Maintain and monitor the whole production process to ensure production flow.
Enhance the existing process and make the production more efficient.
Establishes the firearms assembly and inspection procedure.
Responsible for checking the quality of the product is conforming to the specification.
Monitors assembly of firearms. For technical issues, initiate corrective and preventive action.
Coordinates with Design Engineer for any technical issue concern involving process development.
Coordinates with Design Engineer for a new product during the trial production stage.
Updates POS.
Assists Design Engineer in evaluating sample part development.
Provides evaluation report for every trial conducted.
Attends gun shows and product demos for technical assistance.
Prepares monthly accomplishment report.
Performs other assignments that may be given from time to time.
