Your Responsibilities
15%, Is a steward for safety and Environment Protection and actively participates in EHS programs. Acts as the Plant Pollution Control Officer
10%, Supports Quality and Food Safety Management programs.
20%, Identifies and leads continuous improvement projects in support of plant goals for safety, quality, throughput, cost and reliability.
10%, Collaborates with colleagues and provides feedback, mentorship, and support to operators and shift supervisors to achieve short and long-term plant objectives through the use of KPI's and continuous improvement principles.
15%, Develops and manages process improvement and six sigma projects includingthe identification of contractors, , management of change (MOC), equipment installation, budget tracking, training, and start-up.
10%, Interacts with ADM Maintenance, Automation & Controls, Procurement, EHS and Quality and Food Safety Center of Excellence (CoE) members to drive improvements.
10%, Interacts with non-Operations departments such as Sales, Species Managers, Formulations, and Technical Services.
10%, Able to effectively communicate and provide training to operators on newly developed processes and procedures.
Your Profile
BS in Engineering, preferably mechanical or agricultural engineering with 5+ years of plant operations experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated teamworking and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated continuous improvement skills.
Experience with Process Automation, MES and ERP Systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point and Excel
Experience using Power BI is a plus
Experience using AutoCad is a plus
