Description
Process Documentation Specialist will focus in developing, writing and editing standard operating procedures, building user manuals to assist and help the users understand how the systems /procedures work. This role requires high attention to details, excellent oral and written skills, good project management skills and can work in a team setup.
Responsibilities:
• Work with internal teams to gather an in-depth understanding of the processes, products and the system documentation requirements
• Work with Process Leaders to understand process flows and translates the content into a procedural documents
• Write easy-to-understand process documents and user guides
• Suggests ways to improve current documentation processes and guidelines.
• Ability to analyze, prepare technical documentation, and coordinate layout and organization.
• Explain concepts and processes simply to assist internal and external users understand the technology.
• Work across various internal teams to produce /deliver effective materials.
Qualifications:
• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
• Excellent written skills in English.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in the field of process documentation, technical writing
