Purpose of the job/ Responsibility:
To support the identity and access management platform (SailPoint) and HR platform (SuccessFactors).
Criteria for Success/KPI:
When they can deliver 2. level support to the users independently
Tasks:
Administrator function:
Resolve 2. Level incident tickets
Troubleshooting
Communicate with vendor in regard to 3rd level support
Simple configurations in systems
Authority level:
Level 2 or 3
Staff responsibility:
No
Working relations:
SuccessFactors service owner and team
IAM service owner and team
ServiceDesk (1. Level ticket handling)
Global HR
Vendors
Professional qualifications:
Preferably an education within IT
Proven experience with IAM processes and/or HR processes
Documentation experience
SailPoint and/or SuccessFactors experience preferred
High level knowledge of SCPI/SAP BTP preferred, but not required
Experience with ITSM tools (eg. Cherwell)
Personal qualifications:
Ability to communicate and coordinate
Structured mindset
Serviceminded
Proactive
Fluent in English
