Use of this job is restricted to the GPMO/EPMO groups. Accountable for direct and independent management of primarily low risk projects and occasionally moderate risk projects and/or participates as a member of larger effort(s) to independently manage sub-program component(s) under the purview of a program/project leader. Identifies and determines the need for business SMEs, sponsors, stakeholders and project roles, and identifies associated responsibilities, alone or in conjunction with peers, direct manager, project team or program lead. Responsible for leading the team to achieve project objectives in accordance with related policies. Identifies and captures project dependencies and interdependencies and manages them throughout the lifecycle. Guides the project with full authority and accountability to ensure alignment of actions/ artifacts with project policy and methodology and ensures appropriate business deliverables are produced, maintained and milestones are met. Responsible for setting, tracking, and managing project financials (budget, forecast, actuals, variance). Develops business-related tasks for project plan and tracks progress. Provides regular business status reports to ensure management has adequate information to make decisions throughout the life of the project. Communicates frequently to the project team, sponsor, program leader and stakeholders while maintaining a cooperative, motivated, and successful team. Provides an aggregate view of the implementation to include; risks associated the project, impacts to customers, processes or systems within a close timeframe. Incorporates regular and appropriate consultation with business and other stakeholders to validate project trajectory and project performance. Escalates project risks as appropriate including, identifying, assessing, and managing project risks, engaging project team members and risk managers, and ensuring completion and ongoing risk analysis and risk management plan.

Responsibilities
A Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing multiple projects through each phase of a project lifecycle across multiple departments within a Line of business. The Projects will be of medium Risk, scope and complexity
Consults with business partners to clarify and define project requirements and business case, including development of a statement of work
Develops and revises project plans and budgets, works with users to understand complex problems and focuses on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines
Creates and delivers presentations to mid-senior level management on project goals and plans, including progress reports
May be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing outside vendors
May manage a group of projects associated with a specific business function Responsible for all stakeholder communications, including project Risks and or Issues
Responsible for managing technical deployments
Responsible to manage project finances that includes annual and monthly forecast, invoice payments, variance analysis and reporting
Collaborate & Work with onshore and offshore peer teams, vendors and partners
Essential qualifications
Minimum 4+ Years of core Project Management Experience. Projects Executed in Banking domain will be a plus
Good Knowledge of industry standard Project Management methodologies and frameworks, viz. Agile, Waterfall, Bimodal, SDLC
Good in preparing / developing project schedules, estimation, establishing measures and milestones, definition, scoping, tracking etc.
Knowledge of managing projects through use of processes like risk management, quality management, Issue/problem management & Scope change management
Excellent communication, presentation & leadership skills
Good knowledge of Project management tools such as MS Project Plan & processes
Advance knowledge of industry standard Project Management methodologies like PMP
Managing program/project-related risks according to the Project Management Policy
Experience working with global teams.
Ability to influence and negotiate with senior management and lead project teams
Candidates must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, BGC Taguig City, must be willing to work night shift
