Principal VRM Specialist
Principal Associate under general supervision, perform moderate to complex supplier performance evaluation.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage suppliers
Stakeholder management
Drive business changes through the supplier level
Work on projects to reduce cost and drive positive customer experience
Contract negotiations
Project management
Manage potential risk with suppliers
Change management
Performs supplier communications, supplier inquiries and related due diligence
Monitor supplier performance and resolution of issues
Resolve issues quickly
Know when and how to escalate issues internally and externally
Know the organization's requirements and communicate those requirements to the vendor
Seek out information and understand the vendor's organization
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business or Procurement
Masteral or MBA is a plus
5 years relevant work experience, with 3 years in managerial capacity in BPO or Multinational companies
3 years experience in Project Management
Advanced negotiation skills especially contract negotiations
Excellent communication skills
Amenable to work in Alabang
Amenable to work in a mid shift schedule
