Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing the complete system lifecycle of a large-scale, high-availability Splunk and Splunk Enterprise Security infrastructure.
Continuously optimizing and automating the Splunk Infrastructure for addressing use case demands applying Infrastructure-as-Code
Collaborating closely with other IT colleagues on a day-to-day basis for enabling, implementing, and running Splunk and Splunk ES use-cases.
Managing existing and developing inhouse Splunk-Apps, including onboarding of new data sources and dashboard creation.
Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
3+ years of experience with administering Splunk and Splunk ES
Experience with Ansible configuration management
Mandatory Skills:
Solid Python and Bash scripting skills
Sound knowledge of Linux system administration
Strong motivation to work in an agile operating model
Strong communication skills and experience in supporting and collaborating with an international user community
Dedication to growth by demonstrating an always learning culture
Fluent written and spoken English
