THE POSITION
The position is Principal Systems Engineer in the global team of Enterprise Virtual Collaboration (EVC) team base in Manila. This team is under the global IT Infrastructure's Unified Communication Services team.
Tasks & responsibilities
Provide level 3 support for global services under EVC team
Lead global project for EVC team refresh
Renew or retire new services for EVC globally
Take on system lead role for EVC systems
Research new technology around the area of EVC
Requirements
Experience:
At least 3 years technical hands on experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Office 365 environment for large enterprises.
Familiar with at least one of these systems: IT systems, MS Teams, MS Whiteboard, MS Forms, Zoom, Mural, Slido and Miro
Degree in IT or similar level
Mandatory Skills:
Passionate in virtual collaboration technology
Good understanding of IT network principle
Experience in leading global or regional IT projects
Able to write and converse fluently in English
Additional Skills:
The resource will provide a 24x7 Service;
Regional Support: The service support is organized regionally;
Same Time Zone: The resource has to be in the same time zone that;
Specialized Hub: Should be in a specialized IT Service Center;
