 Facilitate sourcing, bidding, negotiation, bid evaluation, PO award, and PO closeout
 Manage junior buyers as applicable and monitor packages' status
 Generate purchasing reports and presentations for management's and/or client's reference

Job Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree preferably in engineering
 With a minimum of 5years experience in purchasing and in managing a team preferably in EPC industry
 Extensive commercial knowledge
 Effective communication and presentation skills
 Good interpersonal and organizational skills
 Able to meet deadlines while delivering quality results
 Fast learner
 Ability to work with minimal supervision
