Your mission
Engage with other Technical Leads, Architects and Product Owners in our group to evolve our continuous integration, continuous testing and continuous deployment pipelines
Drive end-to-end automation and quality assurance from design, development, testing, build and release of all our products
Ensure the non-functional aspects of the product (performance, security, dependency, compatibility, etc.) working with our Product Owners, Technical Leads and Architects
Design, develop, install, configure, test and maintain application software and system management tools
Qualifications
What you need
University degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Solid experience in implementing CI, CT and CD processes and techniques in a team of 30+ Software Engineers and across several products or applications
Drive to automate, standardize and streamline processes
A background as a Java or full stack developer, with an interest for infrastructure, operations and reliability; or a background in system development, SDLC and architecture
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with any role (Management, Architects, Software Engineers of different levels) and a highly structured mindset
You will get extra points for the following
Practical experience implementing container platforms, preferably OpenShift / Kubernetes
Familiarity in streaming technology like Kafka
Experience in leading Software Engineers who are focused on automation and quality assurance
Interest or background in the banking business
