Job Title: Pricing Specialist

Shift: Day Shift (Mon-Fri)
Job Descriptions:
 Shall establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market
applications and sales estimates. Analyzing competitor pricing and market trends to
increase market share and profitability.
 Shall monitor consistency of pricing rates and its competitiveness in the market.
 Shall input approved rates and discounts in the portal for every corresponding service
or biller.
 Shall forecast margins to help understand the impact of promotional and seasonal
pricing.
 Shall present pricing analysis at the bi-monthly strategy meeting, with insights, trends
and suggestions.
 Shall communicate with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
 Shall lead pricing-related projects including establishing timelines, defining their
deliverables and drafting communications or presentations.
 Shall monitor the product transactions daily at 8 am, 1 pm, and 4 pm.
 Shall create presentations for product income and commercial rates.
 Shall check and update the product SKU monthly.
 Shall provide product information to other internal company departments and help
address their questions and concerns.
 Shall create product how-to process flow and steps.
 Shall liaise with third-party partners on technical product concerns.
 Present JuanCash services as needed to external parties or internal with the company
 Shall be on standby for emergency cases to be resolved.
 Shall be able to communicate with IT on issues that may arise.
Other Qualification(s):
- Must obtain a Bachelor's degree related to Communications and IT.
- Must have experience working at a Fintech Industry or e-Commerce.
- Must have at least 3 years work experience in Marketing, Brand management, and IT.
- Must have a wide understanding of marketing concepts and basic IT related coding.
- Must have experience in handling stakeholders, partners, 3rd party suppliers, and
customers.
- Must be agile and highly creative.
- Must have a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- possess strong analytical and research skills with a keen eye for identifying opportunity
- Have experience in UAT testing, Knowledge on API connectivity and troubleshooting
and can understand IT terms and is able to communicate with the IT Team.
Salary Package:
Proposed Monthly Compensation: PHP 25,000 TO 30,000 depending on the experience and
skillset.
