Position Summary:
The Pricing Administrator is responsible for the execution and maintenance of customer and product price administration in the company's ERP systems, maintaining pricing administration processes documents, ensuring compliance with corporate pricing processes and controls, and maintaining audit control procedures. Works closely with marketing, product management, customer service, sales, trade compliance, IT, and other finance team members to ensure timely response to all pricing updates, inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the control, accuracy, and timely updates of pricing and agreement data into the company's ERP systems
Execute all activities related to the pricing update process following required procedures
Pricing Database and Report Management
Identify and Implement Process Improvements
Qualifications
Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course
Prior experience with data entry in any ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
Prefer prior experience in ERP Pricing Administration or ERP Data Entry Administration
Prior experience with a CRM quoting system (Salesforse, CRM Oracle, SAP CRM, Dynamics 365 sales, etc) preferred but not required
Proven intermediate-level proficiency with MS Excel
Proven verbal and written communication skills
Analytical thinking skills and a mathematical aptitude
Ability to work with a team at all levels of an organization
