Your Role and Responsibilities
The Preboarding Specialist will be responsible for supporting Team Leads in their daily activities and ad-hoc projects, also leading projects and initiatives on a local and global level on their role. The Preboarding Specialist will also be an individual contributor and in this capacity they will work with the recruitment team members, third party vendors, and management to ensure that all applicants have been processed accurately, expediently, and treated with the utmost professionalism. The main focus of the position is to maintain or enhance service quality, preserve knowledge and expertise, and to ensure continuous development of their team members.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistic and administration of recruitment process for our Client
Maintenance and daily usage of Client recruitment tools and systems
Train and mentor new Candidate Care team members
Share knowledge and best practices
Support implementation of new accounts
Identify areas for improvements and initiate process improvement plans
Prepare report templates, analyze data, create and conduct presentations
Lead new projects and initiatives
Operate as support for the supervisor and serve as backup supervisor when needed
Prepare root cause analysis
Prepare and recommend solution alternatives.
Develop resolution to problems handle non-routine actions/problems.
Provide advice to management
Regularly demonstrate discretion and independent judgment in matters of significance of IBM.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management
For Leadership track: Must enjoy working with others and have displayed leadership qualities. Must also be able to analyze data and create process efficiencies.
For Analytical track: Must enjoy reporting, analyzing, and creating process efficiencies and have worked towards such goals.
Must be able to work overtime as required
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 6 mo.- 1 yr previous experience in recruitment
At least 1 year experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and database applications
BS/BA Degree
Fluency in English
