Roles and Responsibilities
● Collaborate with the recruitment officers and recruitment managers regarding the status of the
preboarding requirements of every new hire.
● Assists the new hires with the preboarding process until completion.
● Collects and validates the new hires' preboarding requirements prior start date.
● Schedule and coordinate preboarding activities such as background check, drug screenings
and reference checks.
● Serves as the primary point of contact for new hires during the preboarding phase.
● Provide clear and timely communication to new hires regarding their requirements submission
deadlines and any required actions.
● Address any questions or concerns new hires may have during preboarding.
● Ensures all preboarding documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
● Maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to preboarding
activities.
● Update and maintain accurate records in the HR information system.
● Provide regular updates to the recruitment officers on preboarding progress and new hire
status.
● Ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of preboarding requirements in accordance with business
needs.
● Present and submit daily reports and perform ad-hoc tasks
Skills and Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
is preferred.
● At least 12 months of HR, recruitment or onboarding experience in a BPO setting is preferred
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven analytical and creative thinking abilities
● Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
● Must be flexible with shift schedules.
● Proficiency in using HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft/Google
applications..
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Proactive and able to anticipate preboarding needs.
● High level of professionalism and integrity.
