Job Description:
Fluent in Both Mandarin and English
Respond to Customer requests (by phone, email)
Examine and resolve customer service issues
Addressing customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Communicating changes, updates, delays, or complications with customers
Process orders and resolve payment, refund, and billing issues
Develop and execute sales campaigns using various sales tactics and focused messaging
Establish and leverage strategies with existing partners to gain market share
Work in a consultative manner to ensure expectations and success are achieved
Achieve performance metrics and consistently hit quota
Ensure all business processes and policies are followed with precision, including but not limited to systems use, sales methodology, communication standards, etc.
Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.
Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision-makers, build quick rapport, assess needs, and close the sale
Own individual and team revenue quota for hardware and software products
